This bug report is a parity issue with Java.
Summary:
In the Java version, as a result of report correction MC-197561, one pixel in the top texture of Pumpkin, Jack o'Lantern and Carved Pumpkin was changed. At the moment, this pixel is present in the bedrock.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place Pumpkin, Jack o'Lantern and Carved Pumpkin.
- Look at the top texture of these blocks.
Observed results:
The third lower pixel will not match the java version.
Expected results:
The textures must be the same.

This issue was fixed in 21w11a as stated in MC-197561. I've attached a screenshot of what it used to look like. Compare the two and you'll be able to distinguish a difference.
Based on MC-197561 (which was fixed), I don't see why my report would be invalid. It's basically the same, but with doors.
As far as I can understand, Mojang is trying to prevent these symbols from appearing if you put the same type of block together, even if you don't think it's the right thing to do.
This isn't a bug, this is clearly the texture of the jack o'lanterns or carved pumpkins
