Bundle fullness bar cannot be retextured
The bug
It is not possible to change how the bundle bar looks via a resource pack - the effect has been generated purely by code ever since bundles were implemented in 1.17.
This (and other recent reports) may count as feature requests, but I'm not sure where the line between that and genuine issues even is, especially given recent changes which have made previously-hardcoded graphics such as the pause menu background, text fields and scroll bars retexturable.
How to fix
Introduce texture files for the bundle bar - one texture for the background alongside textures for each progress iteration (1 to 14 pixels) would suffice. Ideally these should be at least 16x16 so that the bar can be positioned anywhere desired within the slot. There could alternatively only be one progress texture which would be truncated by the game, although this limits resource pack freedom.
Fixing this could also fix issues like MC-270261.

The bug
The background displayed when clicking on a statistic does not appear to have a changeable texture.
Given its appearance, it looks like it'd use the text_field textures, but that is not the case.
How to fix
Introduce a texture file to handle selected list elements like these.
The items shown in the gamemode switcher are hardcoded and cannot be reconfigured in any way. This affects all four items in the gamemode switcher; creative (grass block), survival (iron sword), adventure (empty map), and spectator (eye of ender).
Suggested Fix:
There are two ways this can be fixed, outlined below:
- Allow the items to be reconfigurable via data packs
Similar to the advancement tabs, the player would be able to configure the items shown by choosing which item to display for each gamemode slot. As a comparison, this datapack changes the end stone of the The End tab to regular stone:
While this comparison is not totally fair considering their functional difference, it still showcases a willingness currently to allow the player to alter vanilla items shown in screens/menus. - Allow the items to be changed via resource pack sprites
Introduce sprite textures for each of the items, similar to the items/icons in the statistics screen:

- This issue very well may be a feature request, but was reported anyways because I was not sure if items or blocks in screens/menus being hardcoded/unconfigurable could be considered a bug.

The bug
The scroll bar used when there are too many chat messages to display on screen appears to be a hardcoded graphic. It does not appear to be tied to a texture file as one would expect.
This is inconsistent with scroll bars in menu screens, which have been retexturable since 23w32a, and scroll bars in inventory screens, which have been retexturable since their introduction.
There appear to be at least two versions of the scroll bar: a blue version used most of the time, and a red version indicating unread messages.
How to fix
Introduce actual texture files for the scroll bar (ideally separate textures for the normal and unread versions).

When looking at a named mob, a named item in an item frame, or another player, their name is displayed above their head with a gray rectangle behind it for contrast. Unlike most UI elements, this gray background cannot be retextured.

Can the hardcoded-graphics label be added?
Can confirm. It's likely possible to modify by altering the vanilla position_color.fsh shader, but from my own testing I could not get it to work properly.
