Items stuck in inventory or hotbar
Sometimes, random items get stuck in one of the hotbar slots and can't be moved to other slots or dropped. This goes away after leaving and rejoining, but it's still pretty annoying. I hope this gets fixed soon

sir i know i am not the creator of this post but the same thing happened to me and the most item i had issues with is arrow
and it happened at realms and local worlds
I mostly had issues with trying to enchant certain items (like weapons, tools, armor etc) and those items then getting stuck. I only had the issues in a singleplayer world, I don't know about Realms because I don't play on them but I don't think I had the issue on servers. Unfortunately I don't have the world anymore, but I can try if I still get the error if I make a new world.
Always seems to happen to me while Shift+clicking stacks of items to/from an inventory (player or chest UI) while other items are leaving or entering the same inventory. Haven't been able to reliably reproduce but it might be related to

So, I have been playing on a realm and recorded the issue. I think i finally figured out roughly how to reproduce it.
Version: Minecraft Windows 10 Edition "Bedrock" patch 1.19.60 on a realm server.
Every time this happens i am usually mining in a large patch"Caves, Trees or Terraforming. I will return my gathered blocks to a chest or craft and it will lock up. "takes about 3 trips on average for it to happen once." I did create a report some time back about this and it got flagged as a duplicate for this report here. Here is what i wrote.
"I have tried to find a consistent pattern in which that the issue occurs, but i can't find a pattern that makes it happen. Non the less, randomly at times in this version the items cannot be moved in your inventory. You can drag for example a 64 stack of oak logs from the inventory down to the hot bar. When this occurs it will not allow it to actually move from the spot in the inventory. You also can't shift click it down. It will have graphical animation that brings about 30 down for less than a second. then it will jump back to the place in the inventory. You can exit the inventory and try to enter again and the issue will persist. I found if you pick up a separate block that is not associated with the glitched block type it will then allow it to work normally. The issue also makes it so the glitched block cannot be used in crafting in either the crafting square or the quick recipe book. It will once again show them animate for roughly about a half second and then return to the inventory spot they are locked in."
I did get a recording of the issue occurring. Watching the recording again i did notice that in this case when i did a re-login that i gained another block. Not sure if it was a issue with the game calculating this block i picked up. Or if it duplicated a block. Not sure how the back end of the game interpreted this.

Items get stuck in my inventory screen or hotbar often when shift clicking out of chests or crafting multiple stacks on windows 10. Only happens when shift clicking for me, and is very inconsistent. Requires me to close and reopen my inventory to clear the issue.
I believe this bug was fixed at some point, but as of 1.20.0 it’s back. However, instead of one item getting stuck in the inventory, I keep having EVERYTHING in my inventory lock up and be immovable. Closing and opening the inventory temporarily fixes this, but it happens fairly frequently and seems to be triggered by moving items around in your inventory quickly. As others said before, it’s very inconsistent. I was using Minecraft for Nintendo Switch in a normal world (not Realms) when I found this bug again.
Still an issue in 1.20.32 I've run into it a few times on my realm.
@Devin Gyorkos 1.20.32 is outdated, 1.20.40 is the current version.
This happens to me quite frequently. It'll get confused when picking up or dropping a block and won't let move that stack.
Reloading usually corrects the issue.

This bug still affects current PC version, 1.20.73, I believe, though I'm not sure where to locate the world version information in Bedrock Realms. I have noticed the bug as most people have, while shift clicking into an inventory from the player inventory, however, I have also experienced it twice with a shulker box that I'm fairly certain was the only item I was picking up at the time, which seems to contradict several theories that others have put forward. Those shulkers occupied an inventory slot invisibly. I will add that I can fix the issue without relogging if I can dropper pick the slot contents to my hotbar from my inventory, and when they move, they update to the correct number of items. I was able to fix one of the shulkers this way, but only because it was empty, and thus dropper pickable.

So this bug will just be closed and nothing be done about it. You have multiple videos showcasing the bug and because it wasn't filled out a certain way, it will be closed? I have had this issue for some time and keep meaning to log it. It happens at random times, I haven't noticed a pattern. Except it does seem to often involve a stack of 62 items and when relogging it is actually a full stack. I try to remove / move the stack in my inventory and it flashes but doesn't allow me to pick it up - or move it. It just stays in the same slot. It is always in my inventory, not from the chests etc. I am playing Win 11 v1.21.31 survival mode - no cheats or mods and I have noticed it for around 1 - 2 months on and off. The only way I can fix it is to exit the game and return back into it. Then you can move them. This time I had a stack of 62 and a stack of 3 crimson stem which I thought odd, but is the same bug. I tried to join them together but they wont. After relogging the full stack appears - stack of 64 not 62 and can be moved again. See pictures attached.
I would point out what actually triggers this bug is unclear. It just kind of happens when you are moving inventory around and it seems to affect the actually inventory box you are trying to manipulate. For example, I observed this when I am trying to add inventory by making a plow for example. The plow won't get made and it won't go into the inventory box. And it is not easy to work around the bug either. A simple save and quit and rejoin will resolve the issue immediately. Again, it's not like there is a clear set of steps to reproduce the bug. It just kind of happens randomly.
I would like to emphasize once again that this bug occurs particularly often when moving full Shulker boxes in the inventory or picking them up from the ground. At least, that's how it is on my realm.
I don't use shulker boxes and this happens to me all of the time. Yesterday it wouldn’t let me put objects in the crafting table to create a pickax.
Nevertheless: It happens to me most often with shulker boxes. To reproduce it, simply fill around 20 shulker boxes with blocks, then break them in survival mode with a pickaxe and pick them up. Usually, the bug occurs with several shulker boxes at once. If not, try again. It won't take long
Still a problem in v1.21.51 However, I have noticed something else. If you leave the inventory alone of the item affected, for 1 minute, the problem fixes itself. I was breaking and collecting blocks this time and then placed a shulker box down, tried to remove all diorite from my shulker to my inventory and to an empty shulker. Most moved, hower, 5 remained in the original shulker and 63 in my inventory. I left those alone and collected more blocks of another type. I came back to it after one minute and had 5 diorite still in the shulker and 64 in my inventory. I do not know what affected those 5 blocks as I had space to take them.
You do not need to close MC to fix the issue. I have tested this several times now. It does happen with shulker transfers, but also inventory alone.
This image shows I had space to take the 5 in the shulker, but they would not move, and the 63 remained also.
After I opened my inventory 1 minute later and collected some other blocks, the 63 was now 64 and the 5 unchanged. Upon making some space, the 5 were movable as were the 64.
