I tried to purchase Minecraft on the main website with PaySafeCard. When I want to check out I get on an empty site telling me "Invalid request". When I go back to try to buy it again it tells me that I have a pending order, after waiting for while it tells me that the order status is failed. On July 2 I checked if it works if everything was fine. I hope this gets fixed soon since it doesn't seem to be an issue just for me.

This looks like a duplicate of WEB-2678. If you have not used the search function on the bug tracker, please try that out when reporting another bug in the future.
Many Chinese players have reported this problem. They used Alipay pay method and met the same error.
Mojang should consider this problem highly, rather than setting the priority to normal.
So far, When I try to use Alipay to pay, I still receive the "invalid request" prompt from the adyen platform
This need to be fixed ASAP, since this bug had lasted 3 months.
I have the same problem, but then when i try to pay with ideal. I hope this is going to be fixed soon.
Same issue with IDEAL as payment method. Also when following the "previous" button on the failed payment page from ayden, the order page from Mojang does not recognize the failed order and regards it as "in progress", cancelation of the order is then also impossible.
This is making it unable for people to buy Minecraft

While inspecting the invalid request page, I found this interesting comment:
error summary: Merchant signature was not valid!<br />You can test the HMAC Calculation by submitting a payment request to https://ca-live.adyen.com/ca/ca/skin/checkhmac.shtml
Maybe this will help the guys from Mojang Web Team.
Bug is fixed. You need to click above the buy button ( on windows/linux/mac icon ) and paysafecard work

To clarify why it's not working for some, and how you can purchase minecraft with paysafecard (among others), there is currently an issue with the minecraft "buy" button not functioning. To get around this, use the platform buttons (see attached screenshot) which should allow you to buy minecraft. If you are still experiencing this issue with paysafecard or another payment option, you can comment it below. For the time being, the issue appears to be fixed.

When I purchased Minecraft Java Edition from minecraft.net, I used Alipay to pay, and he prompted "invalid request", which prevented me from purchasing this game
This proble is fixed as I confirmed. Now paying through checkout.minecraft.net won't tell you that this is "Invaild Request".

I'm requesting this to be reopened. Issues with paysafecard have been popping up again, and payments aren't going through.
@tkasriel we know why this bug happened. It was a configuration issue after a change. So that was fixed. If you see a new problem with Paysafecard, please open a new bug with details of what you see. Thanks!
