'Allow Cheats' and 'Bonus Chest' buttons get unlocked after entering superflat/buffet customization options
The bug
After creating a new hardcore world, the buttons Allow Cheats and Bonus Chest are supposed to be locked/disabled (greyed out).
However, if you choose Superflat or Buffet as the world type and press Customize, the next time you join this screen, all the buttons will be unlocked/enabled, but you can't change the value of the buttons mentioned above.
How to reproduce
- Make a new world
- Set game type to Hardcore
- Go to More World Options
- Select Superflat or Buffet, and hit Customize and head back

More World Options menus for bonus chest and hardcore aren't blacked out
I was creating a SuperFlat world in Hardcore mode, but I wanted it to be the preset Snow Land, so I opened the customize menu, then I noticed the bug when I came back
What I expected to happen was...:
I wasn't expecting to see a bug, as when I saw it, I was still playing 1.4.7 not 13w07a. So immediately I used Minecraft Version Changer to see if it was in 13w07a, and it was.What actually happened was...:
The options for Cheats and Bonus chest weren't blacked out like normal. I still couldn't change them, but it still was a graphical bug.Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a new world in Minecraft
2. Set game type to Hardcore
3. Go to More World Options
4. Select SuperFlat, and hit customize and head backEnvironment

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-10209, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.

To put it more simply, selecting 'Hardcore', clicking 'Customize' on Superflat or Buffet world generation, then going back unlocks the 'Allow Cheats' and 'Bonus Chest' buttons, even though you can't change their settings.
