Ehm... no. MC-74186 was created on 08/Nov/2014, about two years ago. This one last month.
Duplicate of MC-74186.
MC-74186 doesn't exactly describe this report. This report states that the wolves spawn angry and chase after rabbits/sheep/skeletons that never spawned in the first place.
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is a Duplicate of MC-74186.
If you have additional information, please add it to that report.
Please search before reporting, as it's likely that one exists already.

When attacking a wild wolf in survival mode, the attacked wolf and all surrounding wolves change to their 'angry' skin and attack the player. When said player dies, the wolves become passive again but continue to use their angry skin. In this state, if a wolf is attacked again, that wolf will attack the player but the surrounding wolves won't.
EDIT: Duplicate of MC-94721 and MC-74186. Please resolve as such.

I have the sneaky suspicion that this is a duplicate. Although I have not personally found one as of yet.
I have searched before I posted this problem and none of them match mine.
