Does this also occur in single-player or on other servers?
necessarily on a server
it does occasionally solo.
I do not know about the other server
after 3-4 hours of play, I found that extens mobs told how a jump (but not all the time).
to see it, I board use the command block when will we jump, it's killing us.
I put a captured screen of the control block used.
Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (i.e. 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft?
Updated the report based on
MC-122960to only contain melee attacks by other players.Confirmed for 1.13.1.

Replicating this issue seems to be pretty unreliable. Sometimes I really get the value increased, other times nothing happens at all. Weird, but still confirmed for 1.14.2.
