This is not a bug, the recipe book texture is in the inventory texture file. That it uses 2 different texture locations for 2 different objects is intentional.
@FVbico , you are right. But these buttons uses outdated textures, so they must be updated to match new style

Pixels on the far right are black vs transparent (possibly different shade of green?)
