Created Issue:
Tamed wolf can't sit on Slime blocks
I tamed a wolf and right clicked him while he was standing on a slime block. He started to switch rapidly between looking like he is sitting and looking as though he is standing.
When I went away from him he didn't try to walk towards me. When I went far enough away, he teleported right to me and immediately sat down.
If I was to push him of of the slime block he would sit down, just as if he teleported to me.
If I was to push him onto a slime block while he was previously sitting, he would do the same as if he sat down there, and start to half sit half stand.
I logged off and back on, and nothing changed.Environment

Confirmed.
I beleive this is do to how the slime block works, basing your height off the ground to determine how high to make you bouce (per a formula). It most likely doesn't have an and/or function in it saying that if your at 0 blocks high (standing on it) then ignore the formula. Because it doesn't the entity always thinks its in a state of movement.

MC-44352. When standing on a slime block you always sometimes jitter as you increase Y value by 2 pixels then fall down back 2 pixels in about 4 frames. Sitting wolves always get up when falling so this is the answer to why this bug is happening.Confirmed for 1.8.3
