Minecart with command block can be destroyed in survival/adventure mode
The bug
Based on MC-11765 you would expect that players in survival or adventure mode are unable to destroy command_block_minecart. However, this is not the case, they can destroy it like normal minecarts except only a minecart drops.
Expected behaviour
All command_block_minecart are invulnerable (?) or at least resistant against damage dealt by players in survival or adventure mode.

Actually, now that I look at it a bit more, the bug MC-97563 is about damage dealt by players, so I think that this should be related to it, not a duplicate of it.
When dripstone fall upon:
Minecart:
- All varients including command block minecart.
- TNT minecart does not detonate. WAI?
End Crystal
Item Frame
Painting
Armor Stand
The entity is destroyed.
Boats whether on land or water are not destroyed by falling dripstone.
When Minecarts, Boats, and Armor Stands fall on Stalagmites, they are not destroyed because they are immune to fall damage.
