Default dirt page background not aligned properly
The bug
The background (options_background) of the "select resource pack" screen is not aligned correctly, under the two dark panels. This happens without any resource pack on.
With another resource pack this is however more easily noticeable, images are attached.
How to reproduce
- From the main menu, open Options
- Watch the background closely below the "Done" button
- Click the "Resource packs" button

Resource Pack Background Not Aligned Properly
Today I was messing around with resource packs and editing the background to the Minecraft menus (options_background).
After doing so I noticed that when I loaded up the "select resource pack" screen that the background under the two darkened boxes was not aligned correctly. I noticed that this also happened without my resource pack on.
I have made another resource pack to demonstrate this.

x64 Bit Windows 10 (Aniversary Update)
Java Version 8 Update 111 (Build 1.8.0_111-b14)

I think it's works as intended. The background is getting repeated and ends until the window width/height.
On 58.png and 61.png you can see that on the top and bottom of the darkened the texture, although repeated as you state, is not quite aligned correctly. I have attached 59.png and 60.png to show that the background texture repeats properly on all of the other menus.
Can confirm affects 1.13.1.

This was somewhat fixed in 1.20.2-1.20.4 and is now fully fixed in snapshot 1.20.5 Pre-Release 1 due to the removal of the dirt background
Bluebird Wouldn't the fix version be 24w09a then if this was fixed with the removal of the dirt background?
