Piglins, piglin brutes, hoglins, zoglins and axolotls can attack or be attacked in the same team. They will also attack players, wither skeletons and withers that are in the same team.
How to reproduce
Piglin hunting hoglin teammates
- Create a team
- Summon piglin and hoglin with the Team tag
- Wait for the piglins to become hungry
→
Eventually, the hungry piglin will have to hunt its own teammate for food, and the hoglin will retaliate on its teammates.
Zoglin attacking teammates
- Create team
- Summon zoglin with the Team tag
- Spawn any random mob in the same team where the zoglin is
→ The zoglin will automatically attack its teammates.
Piglin Brute attacking teammates
- Create team
- Summon brute with the Team tag
- Add player to the Team
→ The brute will automatically attack, despite being in the same team.

Though MC-172304 was fixed, it appears that its not fully fixed for piglins and piglin brutes as they still attack wither skeletons and withers on the same team that they are also in.

Requesting this to be reviewed.
Mobs hitting each other intentionally on teams are considered valid bugs and got fixed/triaged: MC-172304 (fixed), MC-95782 (tiaged), MC-225908 (triaged), MC-225907 (triaged), MC-150820 (triaged), MC-141401 (triaged).
When reviewed and reopened, this report should be reduced to just "mobs on teams with friendly fire set to false can still hit teammates accidentally"; the invisibility thing was fixed a long time ago, and most duplicates are about friendly fire.
This is by design; friendly fire controls whether damage can be dealt,not the hostility. Teammates are supposed to have your back, no matter what.
In fact, any instances of the team being ignored is considered a bug:
They will also try to attack players and wither skeletons even if they are on the same team, which is inconsistent with the team behaviour displayed by every single other hostile mob in the game
In 20w10a with Piglins. Wither Skeletons respect the team engagement rules
In 20w11a (both Hoglins and Piglins can attack their teammates)

When a piglin becomes a zombified_piglin, a hoglin a zoglin, a zombie a drowned, a pig a zombified_piglin and a villager a witch and they have a predefined team, after their transformations they lose their teams and stay without team.

I am confirming this issue. I'm adding Piglins to the same team as the player so that they are friendly. I will try adding weakness so they do no damage to achieve the same result for now.
EDIT: Making a MOB deal no damage has caused it to not attack the player in that past - but that also does not work. You can set generic.follow_range to 0 but then they still attack when you are right next to them and a follow range of 0 makes them not walk around.
Anyway - not for the bug, I'm sure it will be fixed soon, but the solution I found that I now love, is to just make them all babies.

@Bobbyawesome101 I don't think 64 Minecraft map/data pack/command block developers voted for this issue without trying that. You should try it yourself before commenting something like that.
Better title: All mobs added since 1.16 can attack their own teammates
If this bug can't be fixed, all future mobs(like warden and goat) will attack their own teammates, and the title will get longer and longer.

They won't attack other entities on their team, either.
Have you guys tested with with other entities?
Those were the only mobs that have been added since 1.15, so I'm not sure what you're referring to.
I mean do mobs like piglins attack other entities (e.g. hoglins) on their team, because it seems in the comments you've only tested it with goats
Not fully fixed: piglins still attack wither skeleton teammates. See https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-225908 for details as it is a separate report.
